Editor's Preamble:

Hello Ottawa County Republicans,

This is a big election year!

Here is the most important thing you need to know as an Ottawa County Republican for 2026:

May 5, 2026: Special Election.

August 4, 2026: Primary Election.

November 3, 2026: General Election.

Please join us *by saving these dates* to vote on May 5, August 4 and November 3. We cannot give Democrats another trifecta in our state government.

*It is our civic responsibility to vote and save our state. Every conservative vote is needed. Michigan is electing a new Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General AND a United States Senator this year, along with many key state House and Senate races.

Please save the above graphic to your phone and text or email it to ten Republican friends/family members.

Voting is OPEN between now and March 10. Given the onslaught of PA 233-related projects in Ottawa County that are threatening the healthy environment in Ottawa already, it is very important that we keep and put more Farming and Agriculture specialists on the current Conservation Board. Please click this link to see who to vote for and also how you can vote, between now and March 10. This is environmentally important to Ottawa County.

Your Voice and WHY  it Matters, by Bev Horinga of Blendon Township...

*PA 233 Ottawa Onslaught*

PA 233, is legislation that was passed in Lansing by the 2023 Democratically controlled Michigan Congress. PA 233 takes power away from Townships and Municipalities and gives it to the State Government to the degree, that if local citizens weren't actively fighting it by attending meetings and making their voices heard at a constant rate online, outside foreign corporations would have already bulldozed portions of Blendon Township and Zeeland Township with no regard at all for this citizens. ***This is courtesy of Whitmer's Michigan. In Ottawa County, there are currently two such initiatives and we anticipate more. The current two that are proposed in Ottawa are for a Battery storage facility in Blendon Township and now a solar farm proposed for Zeeland Township.

New CDC Stance on Vaccines isn't Anti-Science...

We appreciate this piece published in the New York Post that takes apart the arguments coming from big Pharma on the childhood vaccination schedule. It's a good one for understanding the impossible position parents have been in over the years and the shame aimed at them when they simply ask health questions.
