What does it look like when a community comes together united against big-government forces that seek to destroy their community?

It looks like THIS.
A local farmer out near Zeeland Township has a sign on his property that's usually used for advertising his small business. **Right now his sign says THIS! When a community comes together and unites, it becomes difficult to beat them. The residents of these three townships have made themselves repeatedly clear: they like their rural community the way that it is and don't want these projects ruining the ground soil or spreading its toxins. They have also been clear their position is that the risks to the community are too high.
Agriculture matters. What happens if every Agricultural center in Michigan gets littered over by solar panels and battery storage facilities? **We will not be able to grow food in our state. After the folks at the top of these projects become wealthy and never look back, Ottawa will be left with the consequences.
Blendon, Zeeland and Jamestown Townships KNOW this, which is why they will remain united until either Public Act 233 is fully reversed in the state legislature or the developers give up.
Speaking of the state legislature, ***THIS IS WHY you MUST vote in all elections this year on May 5, August 4 and November 3. We must flip our legislature back to being fully red in order that a new Republican Governor will sign the reversal of PA233!
The Republican-led Michigan State House [new as of January 2025], has already passed the Reversal with HB 4027 and HB 4028, both of which restore local control back to the Townships. We are waiting for the Senate now and a new Governor who will sign it. *You must VOTE.
