On Thursday, September 18, we were pleased to spend time at the Veterans Stand Down and Resource Fair at Central Park Place in Grand Haven. We are grateful that Ottawa County Veterans Services are doing great things in Ottawa County and that this event was another relevant opportunity for Veterans. We had several good conversations with Vets, many of whom expressed appreciation for what the local Party is doing here in Ottawa. Almost all of whom we talked to expressed their concern about our government in general seeming to turn away from the Constituion in recent years. We assured them their local Party would continue to fight for them in honor of their service to our nation. They also expressed sadness over the loss of Charlie Kirk and hoped the tragic event would serve as a wake-up call for many.
